This 1/2″ foam core plate is manufactured with 1/2″ Divinycell H80 foam with a two ply, 2×2 twill, exterior.
Divinycell H80 provides excellent mechanical properties to low weight. H80 foam core has been widely used across virtually every industry where sandwich composites are used. This spans from marine, sporting-goods, aerospace (drones/UAV’s), high-end robotics. Divinycell H80 is ideal for ultra-light applications as well as applications subject to fatigue or impact loads. Other key features of Divinycell H80 include excellent chemical resistance, low water absorption and good thermal/acoustic insulation.
