Ferrule
Our ferrule carbon fiber tubing is designed to be bonded inside a carbon fiber tube. Ferrules are used for joining multiple tubes together or bonding into a joint. Our ferrule tubes are fabricated using unidirectional (UD) carbon fiber prepreg with an exterior layer of fiberglass. The fiberglass exterior is used to help protect against galvanic corrosion when bonding to metals.
